And I'm an art thief

So today aside from another super boring day at work was both traumatic and wonderful. I know two of these things at the same time... Can that be possible. Well it can my fiends at winter wolf studios were called out for their logo being art ripped from another deviants art. This was a logo i created for them like 2 yrs ago. So it turns out that two yrs ago i referenced a picture this deviant had used for the logo i created. In fact I referenced it too closely. I hate art theft and in my absent mindedness i did the very thing I hate. Obviously winter and wolf were pissed I know I would be this threatened their livelihood. I squared it with the people who had originally bought the image still waiting back from the artist whom I'm sure will be a harder person to convince not to be mad. God my stomach did flips just something I as a younger artist just didn't think about and it came back to bite me in the ass. But tonight i redesigned a new logo and I hope this one will work better for my friends at winter wolf studios plus its completely my own design. All of it all me. sigh... that was the traumatic part...

The wonderful part was that my friend Cherry as witnessed in the pictures a few blogs back finished up her homework and I had the pleasure of taking her out to a few bars tonight. It was great fun we started out at O' Malleys, then on to Maes where we ran into the Ella house crew cause they like live there lol. then on to the Kat House Lounge where we cuddled up on a couch and watched TV backwards and made up voices for the announcers lol... great fun. Then on to rockabilly Delly where we finished up our night and I'm sure I talked her head off cause i never shut up lol but i hope i let her speak out enough. All in all t was absolutely a blast. plus we came up for random names for bar memorabilia.

When I got home I set right to work making a new logo for Winter Wolf studios as seen below.

double picture day

Today was much less involving than yesterday I actually got two pictures colored The one above was the first which i actually colored twice because I Forgot to save and my land lord flipped a breaker but in the end i still like the result. The second one Below I used the same fire tech i did in the top one but I think with a little better result. Anyway, Work sucked still really want a new job if I can get one if not I can deal. But apparently this night was one of our bussiest ever thanks to a rodeo in town. Other than that yeah nadda happened so yay lots of art see you all tommarow.

Party + Party

So i went to yosakoi tonight was in charge of plates and the rudamentary stuff it was a pot luck and that was good times for sure. Lots of great food most of it Japanese I always love eating japanese food. Then after that went on to Cherry's were I had probably much to much to drink because i ended up chain smoking... bad idea for someone who doesn't smoke hardly ever... Yeah my lungs are pissed at me. Anyway it was a really fun night found of that Cherry is related to Mr, Goings aka the coolest teacher at KSU. Hes the Jazz instructer and famous at that. In the long run i ended up hanging out with her sister Jasmine most of the night whom was just awesome she had such a beautiful smile. made lots of new friends for sure and drunk dialed amber. lol the poor girl. But yeah all in all it was a great time i'm super tired right now o heres some art commission stuff i got. ENJOY!!!

Mud, Rive, Stone

So I went to a play lasternight and it was really well done, very intense and I had alot of friends in it. My friend Ray who's part was majorally non vocal... he lucked out but i know hes a great actor so i kinda wish he had lines. Juice was in it too playing a character that was totally oppisite of himself and doing a masterful part. It was heart wrenching at time, made me laugh and jump in surprise and of course Cherry was in it had it not been for her heads up that it was on i would have missed it O.o oh my right. She played a local aid worked from a mission who just needed to use the telephone. Saddly she as well as everyone else got caught up in a crazy whirlwind of events that slowly spiraled away from any sort of norm. I was thoughally impressed and would go see it again tonight if i didn't have yosakoi to go to were having a big pot luck and then Cherry's Birthday party which should be fun as well :D See you all laters. Pappa's got a brand new dance

Well worked again this morning and was woken up quite by accident by the garbage truck... This was quite fortuitus because I had already slept through my first 3 alarms. opps! lol. Work was work as it always is. Got out of there had a brief moment to talk to Tamera hadn't talked with her in a while. Then off to plasma where I finished up the art below, fan art of Travis touchdown from "No More Heroes" not a game for kids or anyone who doesn't like cussing, lude behavior, or blood. Also read some of my friend Jimbo's book so far a great read. Then off to Yosakoi where we were learning our new dance for japan which i am still hoping beyond hope to go to. It was cold as balls out and with any luck the Kansas weather wouldn't turn on me and I would get to see a lunar eclipse... I was not so lucky. Amber called 5 times so far today. LOL i feel so loved. Speaking of loved also got to chat more with Cherry so today was great except for that insane cold... Come on Kansas at this rate you'll freeze over... wind chill - 1 thats not celcious either.... Cherry

So another tuesday passes mostly uneventful... beat a new boss in No More Heroes... you'll see fan art for that game soon. Its a blast to play for sure. I really can't wait till March for Smash Bro's to come out and my brother said he would be coming up to play the game with me. After a very uneventful work day where i basically did nothing i came home and helped our new roomate Ashlee move in. Bill wise this will be awesome until kent sods off for Korea I guess... he's having a midlife crisis I think. Honestly I can't tell. Watched Samurai 7 with my roomate Nate. Good show didn't quite hold to Akira's but it's anime its gotta be weird. Come midnight I have the pleasure of talking with Cherry again. The girl I met at the party last Fri and it's her B-day what luck huh. I had drawn her up a picture for her birthday too. But she was dead tired... apparently not quite a night owl like myself and insisted that I show here when she was more alert. But you the privlaged few aka none that read this lol get to see it now. Tommarrow will probably be much the same I seem to be living in a life that is perpetually repeatingh it'self. Meh oh well.

2 X tra Hrs

Had to work a few extra hrs today not because i had to just because i took my roomate to work early and thus got to work early myslef and they offered so i figured hey two free hrs of easy work why not right :D. Well i got some new art of my friend Meredith.

Anti-ValentinesDay Party

So I went to a party this weekend. Friday for the anti V-day party and it was a blast. I got to hang out with my friend Jacklynn whom i had not seen for a long time and it was very good to get to hang out with her again and the rest of the Ella house gang was all there as well. But the best part of this was I got to meet this really cool girl, she said her name was candy... And she was as sweet as they come we danced we cuddled we were having fun and it was unfortunate that I had to go home but thats the terms of late night lol. Hopefully, I'll get to hang out with her again soon. Oh I also won a pole dancing contest woo!!!

Other than that work has sucked alot lately way to many people coming in to eat. Way to much stress defiantely feeling like finding a new and better job. I'm trying to get a job with my friend CJ out on post aka Fort Rileys way easier work and way better pay. heres to hopen i can get it.

Nigerian Princess

So I found out today that I work with a Nigerian Princess. Oh yeah who would have known right. But today I was walking past her and my hand brushed her butt completely by accident but she questioned me anyway lol. She says she never tells anyone she meets from nigeria her last name because they would intantly know who se was and apparently she was prettty much spoiled as a child and a teen and she wanted to live a real life and so working ina reaustraunt is apparently part of the REAL world... I'm In the REAL world you all :D But that was the high light of my Valentines day lol... other than that it was all work and cleaning the house for our new roomate.

So it's been a long time sense I used Blogger but it seems this is the place to post art and journal at the same time. I'm going to attempt to keep a daily journal maybe even daily sketch journal... so I'll start with this one... It's a commission I did today.
